This Privacy Policy explains how AgentPeak ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our platform at agentpeak.app and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to identify you, communicate with you, and manage your subscription.
DISC Assessment Responses
As part of onboarding, you complete a DISC behavioral assessment. Your responses and resulting profile (Dominant, Influential, Steady, or Conscientious) are stored and used to personalize your coaching experience, scripts, training path, and coaching tone throughout the platform.
Call Recordings
You may upload audio recordings of sales calls to the Call Grader feature. These recordings are processed by our AI systems to generate analysis and scores. Recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to you and our service providers involved in delivery of the analysis.
Coaching Conversation History
Conversations with Coach Max — our AI coaching assistant — are stored to provide continuity across sessions. Max uses your conversation history to deliver personalized, context-aware coaching. You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time.
Activity and Performance Data
We collect data about your usage of the platform, including:
- Activity log entries (calls made, appointments set, closings logged)
- Points, level progression, and achievement badges earned
- Arena session participation and results
- Training library progress and module completions
- Income goal settings and GCI projections
- Roleplay session data and scores
Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited. This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Personalized coaching: Your DISC profile, conversation history, and activity data are used to tailor coaching nudges, scripts, and training recommendations specifically to your behavioral style and goals.
- Performance tracking: Your activity logs, points, and income projections help you and your team monitor progress toward goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Service delivery: Processing call recordings for AI grading, running Arena competitions, delivering roleplay scoring, and providing all features described on our platform.
- Product improvement: Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us understand how agents use the platform so we can improve features and add new content.
- Communication: We may send you service-related emails, product updates, and coaching tips. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
- Billing and subscription management: We use your payment information (processed through PayPal) to manage your subscription and process charges.
- Security and fraud prevention: We monitor for unauthorized access and use technical data to maintain the integrity of the platform.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with select third-party service providers who help us deliver the Service. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and is only permitted to use your data for the purposes of providing their services to us:
Supabase
We use Supabase for database hosting and user authentication. Your account data, profile information, activity logs, and conversation history are stored in Supabase-hosted infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant.
PayPal
Subscription payments are processed by PayPal. When you subscribe, you are directed to PayPal's payment interface. AgentPeak does not store full payment card details. PayPal's privacy practices are governed by PayPal's Privacy Statement.
Mux
Mux is used for video hosting and delivery within the Training Library. Video content metadata and playback data may be processed by Mux in connection with delivering training videos to you.
Sentry
Sentry is used for error monitoring and crash reporting. When errors occur in the application, Sentry may collect technical information including error details, device information, and the state of the application at the time of the error. Personal data is minimized in error reports.
We may also engage other service providers from time to time. We will update this policy if we add providers who process significant personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data — including your profile, DISC results, coaching history, activity logs, and uploaded call recordings — for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing compliance purposes.
Aggregated, anonymized data (such as platform usage statistics with no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@agentpeak.app with the subject "Delete My Account".
- Export: You may request an export of your activity data, DISC profile, and conversation history in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-out of marketing: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data exchanged with our platform
- Encryption at rest for data stored in our database
- Access controls limiting which personnel can access user data
- Regular security reviews and use of SOC 2 compliant infrastructure providers
No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
AgentPeak is designed for professional real estate agents and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at hello@agentpeak.app and we will promptly delete the account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
